When I installed a new Paperless / CODE 2004 CD-ROM and clicked on the desktop icon to access the application in order to view the updated content or the new publication(s) that I purchased, an error message referring to “DLL” appeared on my screen.
There are several reasons why a DLL error message may occur. Contact us for technical support via e-mail: support@orderline.com or by calling our customer service desk at 1-888-361-0003. When I click on the desktop icon to open my Paperless / CODE 2004 application, a page appears on my screen with the message “Please e-mail this information to info@orderline.com”.

We will complete an analysis and respond to you as soon as possible with a solution. When I click on the desktop icon to open my Paperless / CODE 2004 application, I get a “The page cannot be displayed” message on my screen.
This message may appear if you have a local firewall on your computer. You should check the software on your computer to see if this is the case. If so, you should disable the firewall. If you do not know how to accomplish this, or you have difficulties with the procedure, contact us for technical support via e-mail: support@orderline.com or by calling our customer service desk at 1-888-361-0003. When I click on an item on my screen in my open Paperless / CODE 2004 application, I am sent back to the main “Contents” page.
This indicates that the privacy setting for the Internet on your computer is excessively restrictive and this should be changed. If you are using an Internet Explorer browser, the steps for making this adjustment will vary depending on which version you have.
- In your browser task bar, click on “Tools”.
- Find the “Privacy” settings within the “Internet Options" menu.
- Adjust the setting to “Accept all cookies”.
- Alternatively, within the “Privacy” menu, select “Edit”.
- Type “127.0.0.1” and select “Allow”.
- Re-launch the CODE 2004 or Paperless application.
After I have activated the publication(s) that I have purchased, the titles of the publications do not appear in the Table of Contents. This typically indicates that your computer is behind a network firewall and your new publication(s) did not activate. Look at the Internet “Address” field at the top of your screen. You will see an alphanumeric address such as http://127.0.0.1:85/CGI/cgi.htm. Replace the portion of the address that reads “cgi.htm” with the word “troubleshoot” and click “Enter” on your keyboard. A troubleshooting page will appear which contains your “Customer Key”. Please e-mail the troubleshooting page to us at support@orderline.com and we will provide you with an alternative means of activating your new publication(s). Alternatively, print this page and call our customer service desk at 1-888-361-0003. One of our representatives will guide you through the steps necessary to allow you to activate and view your publication(s). When I try to print one or more pages of a publication that is on my Paperless / CODE 2004 CD-ROM or on the Paperless website, only a single article is printed.
