The Office of the Fire Marshal announced the release of the new objective-based 2007 edition of the Fire Code with the filing of Ontario Regulation 213/07 on May 25, 2007. The new Fire Code came into effect on November 21, 2007.

 

O. Reg. 194/14, in effect October 15, 2014, deals with the installation, maintenance, testing and replacement of CO alarms in existing residential occupancies.
