The first step of the hiring process is document submission followed by an online aptitude test (applicants are required to upload essential documents during this process).
• Submit your completed secondary school transcript which includes a Grade 12 math OR GED OR an ICAS report.
• Submit an updated resume.
• Submit a picture of your photo ID.
• Provide a valid Driver’s License.
• You must be willing to travel within the jurisdiction of UA Local 401 Eastern Central Ontario.
• You must successfully complete an online mechanical aptitude test.
• Driver’s License
• High School Transcript that shows Grade 12 Math and OSSD completion.
• OR High School Equivalency (GED) Certificate.
• OR an ICAS Report.
• OR a High School Diploma and a College level math transcript accompanied by a letter from the College stating that the curriculum of the course completed is equivalent to that of a Grade 12 Math credit.
• The Application Form must be completed by Wednesday, July 5th, 2023, at 4:00 pm.
• The Mechanical Aptitude Test must be completed on Friday, July 7th, 2023, between the hours of 12:00 am and 10:00 pm. There are no additional or make-up dates.
