The material has been completely revised based on Building Code Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002 and O.Reg. 305/03 (Building Regulatory Reform).

Under regulatory reforms, certain building practitioners are required to successfully complete an examination on their knowledge of the material in the General Legal/Process course by January 1, 2006. For more information on these requirements visit the ministry’s Web site at www.obc.mah.gov.on.ca.
