These requirements apply to companies involved in the charging, recharging, maintenance, repair, inspection and decommissioning of halon and clean agent extinguishing systems and equipment, including the recovering and reconditioning of the halon and halocarbon clean agent.These requirements apply to the servicing of Halon 1301 and halocarbon clean agent systems. These requirements do not apply to the servicing of carbon dioxide systems or portable fire extinguishers. The servicing of Portable Fire Extinguishers is covered in the Standard for the Regulation of the Servicing of Portable Fire Extinguishers, CAN/ULC
