2) Exceeding 600 m² in building area or exceeding 3 storeys in building height used for major occupancies classified as
a) Group C, residential occupancies
b) Group D, business and personal service occupancies
c) Group E, mercantile occupancies, or
d) Group F, Divisions 2 and 3, medium and low hazard industrial occupancies, and the building systems, works, fixtures and service systems appurtenant to these buildings,
3) Used for retirement homes, or
4) Of three or fewer in building height, having a building area not exceeding 600 m2 and used for
a) Group C, residential occupancies other than buildings used for retirement homes,
b) Group D, business and personal services occupancies,
c) Group E, mercantile occupancies or
d) Group F, Divisions 2 or 3, medium hazard industrial occupancies and low hazard industrial occupancies
