Product Overview

If ordering this course on behalf of another individual, please contact Orderline directly to place the order; this is required to ensure that the correct student information is captured for the student transcripts (ordering directly through the online cart may result in the cardholder/ordering customer’s information being captured instead of the student information).

Presented by Gerry Bourne, P. Eng., from CodeNext Inc., The goal of this course is to help us realize the importance of Inspecting and Testing the life safety systems in our buildings but at the same time I want us to consider that this applies to many aspects of our building outside of Fire and Life Safety.  We need to keep in mind that as time goes on the many components of our buildings need to be re-evaluated and we need to confirm that the original intentions whether it be life safety, accessibility, or inclusion are still being met from a functional, safety, and user-based standpoint.  The only way to do this is regular inspection, and understanding the uses and ongoing maintenance of all the things that we spent so much time doing right in the beginning.
